Members Work Spaces

First Visit Free

First Day Free

Your first day is on us. Come and spend a day working in our space and see if you feel more productive or connected. You may be inspired to visit again.

Pay as you go

Pay-As-You-Go: $10/half day

If you’re just passing through town, or are looking for a respite from your usual work environment every now and then, consider our pay-as-you-go option.

Weekly Pricing

Weekly: $50/week

If you are coming into town for a week on a business trip or just need a place to escape
for a few days try our weekly membership. Providing you access to our conference rooms
with no extra charge.

Monthly Pricing

Membership: $150/month

If you need a place to work more than a couple times a week, monthly membership is an economical choice. As a member, you’ll enjoy benefits including:

  • Priority access to conference rooms
  • No rental fees for conference rooms for the first two hours
  • Exclusive member-only events
Punch Card Pricing

Punch Card: $150/20 half days
or 10 full days

Need the occasional escape from home or the coffee shop, join as a punch card member. Providing you the flexibility to come and go as you please for 90 days.

  • Access to space as you need it- one punch per half day
  • Rental of a conference room in a 2 hour block for an additional punch


Reserved Spaces

Room Rental

Room Rental: $25/hour

We offer three private meeting rooms that can be reserved by the public. Available by request in these spaces are white boards, monitors, DVD players and flat-panel LCD monitors. All rooms feature Wi-Fi. If room rental is needed for the entire day, the last hour is free.

Non-profit pricing

Community Organizations

We love to support organizations that build the character of our community, such as school boards, PTAs, academic clubs, sports boosters, and charitable agencies. If a 654 Work Cottage member is part of a non-profit group, we offer free use for your first two hours of our shared space at night and on weekends, and the ability to reserve conference rooms on weekdays, as long as the space has not been reserved by a member.
